Ottie's aim is to provide our customers with high quality products from brands we trust. However, we do understand that sometimes the product might not be quite right, be it sizing or style.

If you do need to return an item, we will offer an exchange or refund. As a small independent business, our policy is 14 days since your original purchase date. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must keep your items in their original packaging as you make your mind up to prevent any accidental damage as we are unable to accept these for return.

All our items are carefully checked and packaged in house before dispatch. We can only refund postage costs if your items are faulty.

We do not offer refunds for Gift cards however if you have used a gift card to purchase something we will happily arrange an exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.

Once approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
